He soon became a sought after professional bass player and had several opportunities to perform and record with great musicians such as the french jazz organist Eddy Louiss, the great jazz guitarist N’guyen Lê, the great ivorian drummer Paco Sery….He has also accompanied many singers including Susheela Raman, Souad Massi, Yannick Noah and Raul Paz.
Beside,in fulfilling his dream to run his own project,he laun­ched the WA-ZIMBA group with two musician friends and re­leased a distinctive CD called « MANDE WAZY » in the USA in 2004 by Tinder Records.
Aniansah’s new project (with 10 songs demo included) is a more personnal effort.The songs generally are about the malagasy way of life, they are more traditionally oriented but still reflect RAZILIO’s peculiar world made of subtle rythm and melancho­ly…a new vision of malagasy music without any borders.

Born and raised in Madagascar, Aniansah commonly known as Rakotonanahary Julio is considered as the future of the tradi­tional music scene in his country.
From a young age, Razilio started his musical journey by joi­ning the children’s choir of his village church. At the same time, he took up the guitar and soon began to play at weddings with traditional groups – just for the wedding cake!
